Oswald was easy to work with and very flexible. The flat itself is a great location. 50 meters to a grocery store. Great cafes around it. Excellent metro access, but also easy to walk to Catalunya Plaza, La Ramble and the Gothic Quarter (about 25 min). The flat is quiet which I preferred. I like to get away from all the action to dial it down a bit in the evening. Air conditioning worked great (and necessary). I would definitely stay here again.
