The apartment is great for families! Very clean and everything you could possibly need is all provided for! The apartment is also very centrally located and it walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and cafes. A wonderful place to stay for anyone visiting Barcelona!

This place beat all of our expectations! Perfect location, clean apartment, elevator, great views from the terraces, and very safe! Nice having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well:) Great location for getting into central Barcelona.

Oswaldo is an excellent host – very responsive and informative. He sat down with us and reviewed a map of Spain and provided great recommendations. This was our first time staying in an air b&b so we were a little hesitant but the apartment was absolutely spotless and looked new. There is also a washing machine which was helpful to rewear clothes. The location was great – the street was quiet but once you turn the corner, there is activity and so much to do. Also, it’s a couple blocks from Plaza Catalunya where you can access tourist busses, taxis, etc and it’s about 2 blocks from a subway stop. There is a supermarket on the same block that is open until 11 pm which was great for anything from wine and cheese to toilet paper. I would definitely recommend this property! Oswald was easy to work with and very flexible. The flat itself is a great location. 50 meters to a grocery store. Great cafes around it. Excellent metro access, but also easy to walk to Catalunya Plaza, La Ramble and the Gothic Quarter (about 25 min). The flat is quiet which I preferred. I like to get away from all the action to dial it down a bit in the evening. Air conditioning worked great (and necessary). I would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Very clean. The location was really good, lots of restaurants nearby and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of tree lined streets which provide a lot of shade. Very close to lots of sights. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby!
